宁波高等技术研究院是以宁波大学教学、科研和管理力量为主体,以中科院宁波工研院为依托,以新材料、海洋生物技术、电子信息、新能源、先进制造技术为重点,以学科交叉和产学研合作为手段,集技术创新、科技成果转化、科技创业孵化和高层次人才培养等活动于一体的组织、管理和服务机构,也是宁波大学学科建设的重要支撑平台。
宁波高等技术研究院现有红外材料及器件研发团队、科学仪器研发团队、生物芯片团队、微博通信团队等团队入驻。
各科研团队承担国家级、省市级的各项基金和项目的同时,注重与国内外科研机构、企业开展广泛合作,取得了丰硕成果。
宁波高等技术研究院拥有浙江省光电探测材料及器件重点实验室等平台,在满足团队科研需求的同时,也向校内外开放平台。
